  Is it possible to give no stars?? This place is horrible. 40 minutes late for my appointment because "someone" started taking walk-ins. That's what the front desk told me. No accountability and no apology. I will never go back. Horrible customer service.

  This place is really only nice to the people who want more than an exam. Once they realize you're not buying their lenses or their contacts they treat you like scum. This is definitely a place I would leave a no star rating. If your just looking for an exam and want to get your stuff somewhere else. Call Wal-Mart. Even if your in a rush to get an exam its worth waiting for somewhere else. Sadly I rarely leave reviews Normally when I do they are good. I feel like people should be warned.
