  I called for Rx refill on 4/2/2018. Called Humana Mail Order Pharmacy to order Rx. 7-10 days was told. Day 10 called and found out they had NOT received order from Arrowhead. Called Dr's office and was told it would be taken care of. Called Human again. NO THEY HAD NOY RECEVED ORDER from Arrowhead. Called Arrowhead again.... for 2 wks called and was told taken care of by Arrowhead. Now 20 days later Arrowhead finally orderd Rx refill from Humana Mail Order. I am out of meds and will have to wait 7-10 days for refill. This is not first incident of mis management of my medical needs but it is the last once I receive my Rx.
