  I am writing to give my thanks to technician, Brandt, who was sent to our home to take care of bees swarming outside and getting into the bathroom thru the exhaust vent in the ceiling.
  
  He called to let us know he was on the way and of his approximate time of arrival. When he arrived he was courteous, knowledgeable and polite.
  
  He proceeded to take care of the bee problem quickly and efficiently and was very clear in explaining what to expect and to put our minds at ease.
