  Cons:
  $75 late fee begins on the 2nd if rent isn't paid on the 1st.
  
  They charge $25 a month for covered parking or you can opt out and get uncovered parking for free. The problem with that is there is never uncovered parking for guests.
  
  Hopefully we don't get a good rain storm because there are no storm drains, so expect flooding.
  
  Messy olive trees everywhere.
  
  Pros:
  Maintenance orders are handled quickly.
  
  The complex is in a decent area and it's pretty quiet around here.
  
  There are 4 pools that are never crowded. (Unfortunately the pool areas do not have BBQ grills).
  
  Under new management so they are making changes to the property.
  
  My apartment is remodeled and upgraded. The appliances are brand new and I love having a super-size washer and dryer.
