  Would not recommend this florist at all. Ordered on line on a Saturday to be delivered on Tuesday before 12 for a 2 o'clock funeral and they delivered on Wednesday. When I called and left a message with the answering service they never returned my call. Placed the order with a third party online and it gave the instructions right on the invoice. They tried to call them as well and they won't get back to them. DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! TERRIBLE SERVICE!

  My daughter sent me flowers for mother's day. She spent 50 dollars and the bouquet was mostly filler flowers and a few baby roses. I got them yesterday around 11am. My order number was 0389331. Today at 9 when i came in the roses are all droopy and dying. The purple daisy looking flowers are all dropping pedals and the green carnation leaf fillers are all crunchy and dead. I called Desert Blooms. Let them know my daughter works hard for her money and to get a pitiful bouquet that is dying less than 24 hours after deliver is unacceptable. The lady on the phone insulted me by telling her she spoke to her floral arranger and maybe the flowers just haven't bloomed all the way and to give them a couple days. I told her I know the difference between budding flowers and droopy dying ones. There's ample water in the vase too. They told me I'd have to wait till Tuesday for them to remake and deliver and maybe the flowers are drooping because it's hot outside. They are in my office in air conditioning. Now if i was the owner of this shop, I'd be driving my own car out to me with a new nicer bouquet to make a customer happy. Not the case. They told me to come there too and exchange them. My daughter didn't pay to send me flowers to have me chasing a town over to pick them up. RIDICULOUS. I am going to take this to Facebook, Yelp and I am also going to contact the florist where my daughter ordered from and tell them not to send their orders to Desert Blooms unless the owner calls me and does something. This is pitiful!
