  I went to this office for some joint pain I was experiencing. They told me they were going to do an EKG and blood tests. When I asked why this is relevant before they even looked at me knees, they said it was standard procedure for new patients. I asked if this would all be covered by insurance and they assured me that it would. Multiple staff members came into the room to "take a look" only to tell me I will need to get x-rays at a different facility that they assured me would be covered by my insurance. Months later, they did nothing to help my knee pain but I have gotten bills for hundreds of dollars for the office visit, I didn't get the x-ray as another doctor was able to actually help me. The blood tests were done at a lab that my insurance does not cover and anytime I call the office to talk about the exponential bills and my experience, they don't answer or call me back. The only time they have called me is to schedule another appointment. Will not be going back, and I advise you to triple check and question every action they do before they nickle and dime you if you end up here. At least they were friendly. TLDR: not helpful, will bill you for things they insisted were standard procedure and covered by your insurance, won't call you back.
