  We went into this store today to look for a cat tree for our two fur babies & I ended up finding a beautiful Seal Point Siamese that Desert Paws Cat Rescue had up for adoption. I was all in! 11 month old male who would have been loved and a wonderful addition to our fur house, but because the people that run the adoption board are against declawing we were not able to adopt him. I have had indoor cats all my life (I’m 36) & they have always been declawed on the front paws with no issues ever (don’t bite, don’t pee on things & whatever other reasons the guy told me u shouldn’t do it, etc). I found it upsetting that someone would deny a cat a great home because of this.

  My family spends over $400 a month on pet needs at the location in Arizona off Power and Ray. We see the same employees every 2 weeks. Customer service here is absolutely the worst! I don't leave reviews negatively because everyone is entitled to a bad day. This location is out of line! No professionalism! No customer service! Today, was the absolute worst. This location has now lost us as a customer and reviews will be made public.
