  Poor, inept and unprofessional service. The "case manager" called me for update on my sister but never checked to see that my sister was sent to the ER. Another proof of incompetence is that while my sister is temporarily in the hospital, Sante wanted to ship her personal belonging out to me without checking with St. Joe's to see that she was coming back to Sante. I am medical power of attorney and am not briefed without having to call constantly for updates even though Sante knows that I live 1200 miles from Phoenix. I've been given inaccurate release dates that I've had to correct but only after the "care coordinators" actually read their own files. No concern for family members and luckily for my sister I'm on top of her care in spite of Sante
