  We left the corporate store ready to cancel our account with Sprint after many years with your company. The corporate store was unhelpful, people were rude and refused to help or offer suggestions. I talked my husband into going to this store to try and talk to someone and get some answers. They were wonderful, very helpful, respectful and courteous. Because of them, we not only stayed with Sprint but we both bought new phones. This is not the first time we have found this store to be helpful. Last year my husband's Gear watch that we purchased at a Sprint store in Michigan (our home) stopped working. The corporate store said they couldn't do anything for us we would have to mail it in to Samsung, even tho it was still under warranty. We came to this store, the gentleman took his watch and looked at it and fixed it. What a great store to deal with and to represent Sprint.
