  I went in to get my acrylics filled and painted. I was yelled at for not knowing the name of the shape I wanted them, and then I was burned a few times when they were filing the polish off. The polish didn't completely cover my nails and it looked streaky. I talked to a older woman and she said she had been going there for years and loved the owner, because she was so nice.... was not impressed. Never have I been disrespected in such a way. Never going back there. And I highly recommend going the extra mile to any other place.
