  I have bought my bike from them a while ago. I noticed that the gears weren't shifting properly after a couple of rides. I brought it in today and one guy stated that I should have purchased a maintenance plan. I have only ridden it a few times, it never worked right since I bought it. I was ready to leave and this other guy took my bike and said he would take a look at it . Wow! he fixed in no time and I bought a bike pump that he installed for me as well. I finished my ride with confidence that I would be safe and safe I was. My gears shifted right on and smoothly, I was able to enjoy the rest of my ride. Thank you for the great customer service !!! Highly recommend this place.
