    In 2009 I had Paramount Roofing perform a repair on my tile roof. A year later I had them replace the whole underlayment system to my property. Fast forward to today, I have sold the property and discovered water intrusion around my chimney. I brought in a separate inspector and had questions surrounding the chimney. Based on the invoice the warranty for the roof had expired two years ago. I called Paramount to take a look. After Jason from Paramount inspected the chimney, he brought in Jeff (the owner) and they discovered the problem. We discussed what repairs needed to be made and what they could do for me since the warranty had expired. Jason and Jeff amazed me with their customer service when they decided to reinforce the area at NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Not many companies would go above and beyond when they hear the warranty has expired but Paramount Roofing did. Thank you for the prompt follow up and an awesome job! I will always be a loyal customer to Paramount Roofing.
